Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On October 10, 2019, TheMaven, Inc. (the “Company”) announced the appointment of Paul Edmondson as the Company’s President. Mr. Edmondson is currently the Company’s Chief Operating Officer and will continue in that role until a successor is found.
In connection with Mr. Edmondson’s appointment, the Company also announced the resignation of Josh Jacobs as the Company’s President. Mr. Jacobs will continue to serve on the Company’s Board of Directors.
